On October 13, the inauguration ceremony for Linzhou Baocheng Scrap Car Recycling Co., Ltd. was held grandly, with business cooperation agreements signed on site.

Li Jingmin, General Manager of Fengbao Special Steel, said in his speech that the project is a key move by the Fengbao Group to extend its resource-recycling chain and complete a missing link in the regeneration industry. The project adopts mechanized, intelligent, and environmentally friendly dismantling processes, and establishes a full workflow covering collection, dismantling, sorting, and reuse. It enables refined sorting, recycling, and efficient reuse of resources from end-of-life vehicles, including car bodies, steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, and components. With a designed annual capacity of 30,000 end-of-life vehicles, it is expected to drive coordinated development across upstream and downstream industries such as deep processing of recycled resources, the automotive aftermarket, and supporting logistics.

At the ceremony, Baocheng signed strategic cooperation agreements with nine companies, including Zhengzhou Zhongyunshang Automotive Technology Services Co., Ltd. The parties will deepen collaboration in recycling channels, dismantling capacity, and technology sharing, jointly build an industry alliance, and push the industry toward clustered, standardized, and high-end development.

Linzhou municipal leader Li Wenguang announced the official start of operations. The project’s operating team said they will uphold the principles of safety first, environmental protection first, quality as the foundation, and innovation as the soul, striving to build a safe, compliant, green, and low-carbon benchmark enterprise, while actively playing a radiating and driving role to fully unlock the value of urban mining resources locally.
