On February 6, 2026, Fengbao Special Steel held its 2025 Annual Work Summary Conference. Chairman Li Guangyuan attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, and General Manager Li Jingmin presided over the conference.

At the meeting, General Manager Li Jingmin delivered the 2025 annual work summary report themed Striving for New Goals in the High-end Value Chain, Forging Ahead on a New Journey of High-quality Development. All business divisions reported their 2026 work plans. Mid-level and above managers and experts of the Group attended the conference.

After comprehensively summarizing the outstanding achievements made in 2025, identifying shortcomings in work, analyzing the current situation and tasks, setting the goal of advancing to the high-end of the value chain and formulating supporting measures, Li Jingmin pointed out that faced with the great changes unseen in a century, the company will continue to practice the corporate tenet of “Develop the Enterprise, Enrich Employees, and Repay Society”. Centering on the strategic goals of building “a Strong Green Special Steel Enterprise”, “a World-renowned Seamless Steel Tube Enterprise” and “A World-class Axle Brand”, the Group will fully advance the strategy of “Invigorating the Enterprise with Talents”, focus on the cutting-edge fields of the industry, move toward the high-end of the industrial chain, and upgrade in the direction of high-end, intelligent and green development. He emphasized that all levels of the Group should anchor the goals, impose higher demands on themselves, and continue to carry forward the Hongqi Canal Spirit of hard work and the steel soul spirit of “Innovative Development and Striving for First-class”. Chairman Li Guangyuan fully affirmed the overall development achievements of the Special Steel Group in 2025. Based on his comments on the work summaries of relevant personnel, he put forward specific requirements on existing problems and pointed out the direction for the follow-up work.
