This year 2025 is the 24th National Safety Production Month, with the theme of “Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies – finding safety hazards around us”. From May 31st to June 1st, each branch of the group responded quickly and kicked off the Safety Production Month activities one after another, creating a lively and strong atmosphere on site.
To ensure the solid and effective safety month activities, all units of the group closely follow the theme, base themselves on reality, carefully formulate activity plans, and take solving the problem of employees’ inability or unwillingness to investigate hidden dangers as a key breakthrough point, fully building a solid safety production defense line.
In terms of clarifying the responsible parties, the group has established a rigorous network of full staff responsibility. Scientifically divide regional safety responsibilities, so that management personnel at all levels, team leaders, and frontline employees are clearly aware of their own scope and responsibilities for hidden danger investigation, forming a refined grid management system of “leaders covering areas, teams covering areas, and individuals covering positions”. At the same time, innovative management models will incorporate hazard investigation into employees’ personal safety files, and directly link it with evaluation and promotion, completely changing the previous situation of “vague and vague” safety responsibilities, so that safety responsibilities are truly implemented on everyone.
Strengthen capacity building. Carry out targeted special training on hidden danger investigation, and develop a user-friendly and easy to understand “Hidden Danger Identification Manual” based on the actual situation of each position, providing practical investigation guidelines for employees. Organize technical backbone and new employees to form an investigation team, using the “old leading new” approach to teach experience and skills step by step in practice, helping employees quickly improve their ability to identify hidden dangers, and enabling every employee to become a “master” of safety production.
Innovate incentive mechanisms to motivate employees to actively identify hidden dangers. The group provides positive economic incentives for representative and typical employees’ self inspection of hidden dangers, and uses tangible rewards to stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for actively investigating hidden dangers. Carry out the “Hidden Danger Clearing Challenge”, organize hidden danger investigation competitions on a team by team basis, create a strong atmosphere of “learning by comparison and catching up”, and transform employees from “passive coping” to “active participation”, truly realizing that everyone is the guardian of safety production.
