Fengbao Pipe Industry Holds the Fourth ‘Passing on the Torch, Moving Forward Together’ Apprenticeship Ceremony

On 15 August, Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony to mark the fourth edition of its ‘Passing on the Torch, Moving Forward Together’ university graduate apprenticeship programme. The ceremony was attended by senior management from Fengbao Pipe Industry, heads of the respective departments, mentors and 50 newly recruited university graduate employees.

At the ceremony, Song Zhonghe, Managing Director of Fengbao Pipe Industry, set out the following requirements and expressed his high hopes: Firstly, both mentors and apprentices should cherish this opportunity and the bond between them, and help each other to succeed. Secondly, the recruitment of talent is essential to Fengbao Group’s strategic development and continuous improvement; the government’s ‘Huanquan Yungliu’ scheme provides strong support for the company in attracting mid- to high-level talent. Thirdly, the value of a mentor is measured, in the short term, by their individual performance and, in the long term, by how many key talents they nurture for the company in their role. Fourthly, all employing units must ensure comprehensive, end-to-end management of university graduates. He expressed his hope that everyone would seize this golden opportunity presented by the company’s product restructuring and pursuit of high-quality development, learn with humility, apply themselves diligently in practice, and grow into the company’s future pillars as soon as possible.
