The Research Group Conducts On-site Inspection of Characteristic Industrial Workforce Reform Work at Fengbao Special Steel

On October 27, Lu Yongming, Vice Chairman of the Anyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Hua Deqiang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Anyang Federation of Trade Unions, and Zhao Yafei, Vice Chairman of the Federation, led a delegation to Fengbao Special Steel for an inspection and research tour. Li Qiangyun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Linzhou Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Linzhou Federation of Trade Unions, accompanied the inspection.

The research team visited the Φ89 production line of Fengbao Pipe Industry and the education base for the industrial workforce reform, conducting an on-site inspection of the distinctive achievements in the development of the industrial workforce.

The delegation went deep into the production site and the reform education base to learn in detail about the company’s initiatives including talent development systems, cultivation of model workers and skilled craftsmen, employee welfare services, and the guiding role of its “Steel Soul” corporate culture.

Closely aligned with actual production, Fengbao Special Steel has innovatively established three career development tracks covering technology, skills and management, breaking the bottleneck of promotion based solely on administrative management positions.
