Fengbao Special Steel Holds Warm-Hearted 2026 “Golden-Autumn Student Aid” Ceremony

On the morning of August 25, the warm-hearted 2026 “Golden-Autumn Student Aid” Ceremony of Fengbao Special Steel took place. Li Qiangyun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Linzhou Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, Li Yusong, First-level Principal Staff Member of Linzhou Center for Care for the Next-Generation Development, Li Jingmin, General Manager of Fengbao Special Steel Co., Ltd., together with representatives of aided students and their parents, totalling 200 participants, witnessed this 24-year-long commitment of public-spirited support.

At the opening of the ceremony, Li Jingmin congratulated the 172 children of company employees on their outstanding performance in the college-entrance examination, and commended employee-parents for nurturing talented children amid their busy work. He briefed attendees on corporate development, noting that Fengbao Special Steel has embedded “encouraging employees to value children’s education” into its corporate DNA. Launched in 2002, the “Golden-Autumn Student Aid” initiative has run for 24 consecutive years, supporting over one thousand children of employees in pursuing university education. The belief that “knowledge shapes destiny” has been passed down along the Red Flag Canal. He urged young students from Fengbao families to study diligently, be grateful to their parents, and contribute to society.

Li Qiangyun highly recognised Fengbao Special Steel’s persistent dedication to student assistance over 24 years, describing it as a vivid demonstration of the enterprise’s benevolence and social responsibility. He encouraged the students: first, to aim high and align personal aspirations with national development; second, to study diligently and think critically, treasuring learning opportunities to build solid capabilities; third, to forge ahead with gratitude and pass on the spirit of charity. Li Qiangyun stated that the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions will further advance the “Golden-Autumn Student Aid” brand initiative, delivering practical services for employees. He also called on more social stakeholders to join the student-aid cause and jointly build a promising future for young people.

During the ceremony, Li Yusong from Linzhou Center for Care for the Next-Generation Development extended his congratulations. A student representative and a parent representative delivered speeches respectively. Student grants were distributed. All participants took a group photo to record this heart-warming moment.
